This delicious recipe is easy to prepare and quick to cook, a tasty dinner for all the family to enjoy.
100g Philadelphia cream cheese
25g rocket leaves, chopped
2 teaspoons green pesto
500g pollan fillets
250ml double cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with crusty bread
- Preheat the oven to 200oC (180oC fan)
- Combine the cream cheese, rocket leaves and green pesto in a bowl & mix well.
- Lay the pollan fillets flat, skin side down and spoon a little of the cheese mixture on top at the broad end of the fillet. Roll each fillet and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour in the cream and season with salt & pepper.
- Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Remove and serve with crusty bread.
